Lights + Sirens Couture is owned and operated by me, Amanda Alvarado, an LEOW deep in the heart of Texas. In 2015, I set out to start a brand that would bring awareness and appreciation to the law enforcement community, as well as provide a place that spouses could safely chat, vent, and celebrate all of the ups and downs that comes with the LEOW lifestyle. That vision lead to the creation of Cuff Life Boutique, the first all-inclusive first responder support apparel shop. It's now been seven (7) years, and I've come to realize that Cuff Life Boutique was so much more than just an online shopping experience. It became a sisterhood, a family, that consisted of more than just police wives, but also police officers, firefighters, firefighter wives, dispatchers, medics, nurses, and many more of our nations finest everyday heroes. Those expanded relationships are what lead me to rethink the brand I had initially created, and bring an even more inclusive look and feel to the first responder community.
